    how long do you have to wait until an account is un-recoverable. because i bought an account and i feel like selling it now but if the owner i bought it from recovers it after i sold it then im screwed

    There is no time period.

    The original owner can recover any time and I mean anytime (I had an account a 'friend' gave me in 2003 (was level 30 at the time), maxed it out and he recovered it in 2010.

    That proves no account is 100% safe.

    I dont think their is a time limit, if he has all the info he can recover it back.
