Recovering my account

Hey, Just wanted to see if there was any way I could recover my account (Simple842). Haven't used it in a while and forgot what I used for it. My email used to register the account was compromised, while I can still get in (https://gyazo.com/723d8f8c336a111dac38ec2427e1bb33)

it says I need to verify it and i've spent 2 days with crappy outsourced support that can't fufill the recovery process. Could you manually reset my password to something? Thanks in advance
