Recovering an account

I'm trying to recover an account that hasn't been logged in for around 6 years, and has like 1.5b on it.

It has recoveries, I don't know them. (I checked off the box "I do not recognise these recovery questions")

Passwords, don't know them either.

But I do know the zip code, payment email, account creation date, ISP created on, country, and house address (put that in the other details box)

I keep getting denied for incorrect old passwords.

So what I'm asking, is there any technique or something I can say to make them accept the password reset?

 

If your getting denied for incorrect old passwords, then thats what your going to try to need. Make sure you tell them extra details that might help them prove your the real owner. The date the account was created really helps as well.

 

I do know the account creation date.

I tried explaining that: I do not know the old passwords, and if I did I wouldn't be trying to recover the account. But they keep denying that.

 

For the passwords put stuff like "IforgotIt" "Icantremember", etc...

Same for the recoveries. I've managed to recover some accounts I'd completely forgotten about about using those methods

Without the previous passwords, they are probably thinking you've S.E'd the information out of someone.

That's why you're being denied.

 

Even if you don't know the original password, try any older passwords.

I doubt he is he's probably just trying to recover an old account for Rsgp.
