Can't you just easily recover an account if you sell it?
I want to buy a dicer from Dumbo, I just don't know how easy it is to recover, and if he's a really trusted guy.

I thought the same thing, but then he said there were recovery questions.

 

if you cant trust him enough to go first , I suggest you don't buy the account .... MM/OMM is just a waste of time because he could always recover the account if he created it.

 

Any account can be recovered with convincing enough recovery answers. There is always a risk with buying accounts, just be sure to trade with trusted players and trade safe!
