Recovering Account

So rewind 6 months back i had a pretty decent pure in the making, 70 range, 1 for everything else but strength.

I know the in-game name but i cant manage to remember the username at all.

I've got one email confirming the membership application, but thats it. what would be the best way to try recovering details?

I've already tried that method. Can't seem to find it :/ I've tried with literally every email address I have.

 

You must send an E-Mail to the customer support of jagex. I think the email is [email protected] (not 100% sure, better off just google it). Just add as many informations as you remember and definitly also mention the ingame name, I'm pretty sure jagex can get the account back to you.

 

You can submit a ticket on their website.

Provide EVERYTHING you know about the account and ask them to provide you the current registered email address.

They will most likely either remove the email address on the account and provide you a link to set a new one. Or they will give you the email address that's registered with some censorship. For example if your email is [email protected], they would send you something like syt*e*e*[email protected]

 

I haven't attempted that since they dont normally to reply to direct emails that I've found.

I've done that, hoping for a reply. I used the account with Orion, so I have screenshots and time stamps for all levels attained and included that if that helps at all. I have roughly 120 screenshots of when I trained the account by hand and so forth. So I'm hoping I have luck.

 

I've personally been in the same situation. The way I did it, I emailed their support email, (Not sure what it is) and explained what had happened, how long ago I'd forgotten, previous passwords, all the information you currently know about it. It took them a few days to reply, but they said they had removed the email address and gave me a link to reset it. Was a pretty simple procedure, surprisingly. This may be slightly outdated however, because this situation was quite some time ago. Good luck receiving your account details back
