    Hello,

    I set up the two factor authentication last year on my account pimpin8401, since then I got a new phone and the authenticator code doesn't work for me anymore. Is there any way you guys can remove it? I sent an email to [email protected] and still no response. Thank you in advance.

    You'd need to submit your sythe verified user phone number along with the country code
