Recovering account

When I recover the account by posting on the thread in the forums, how will they contact me to say if it's accepted or not?

You just have to watch the thread, they'll respond to you eventually and the post will only be visible to you.

 

You just have to look at the thread and wait for the replies, or they may email you, im not sure though.

 

How long does it usually take? It's been almost 2 hours for me.

 

I've only done it once, but I don't think it took that long. Try rereading the thread, it's possible that you missed it.

 

I posted in the thread will all the questions they asked and just tried recovering my account 3 days later and the old appeal screen came back up.
