Recovering account named, Midden!

So, i had my phone restarted and sadly my pc at the same time and I do not have anyway into the 2fa.

The number that was associated with my 2fa was [REDACTED], the paypal donation was made by another member for me and I paid him the money which was long ago.

You can check with my ip that I am the same as the account as well that it has mainly been the only one except a select few when I was at work.
If their is anyway on skype i can prove this is my account, my skype is live:zlstedman, and the email associated with the original account was [email protected]

 

That phone number is not working.
