Recovered accounts

I have a very specific case here and need help.

I bought an account that's very old. No email was ever set. Last time played was years ago before even the grand exchange. It asked me to do the tutorial when I tried to use it. I set my email when I was prompted. Doesn't look like recoveries were set. No authenticator. What are the odds, or is it even possible for this account to be recovered?

I had an old RS3 main i used since 2005. Originally it was created with an irl friend, but he quit 2 years later (2007).
In 2015 whilst I was still active (at the time) he still managed to recover the account and he doesn't even use it. Sent Jamflex every single account info i used including visa's for payments etc and was still unable to recover.

After my fourth attempt and 2 emails at jagex (back when they still had them) they simply made it that any recovery i send to the account is auto-denied


tl;dr no.

 

He supposedly lives in Canada now. Account was created in the us. I live in Florida. I honestly don't think he knows the up address. If he requests jagex do a ip audit and compare ips, they won't match up because he's in Canada correct? and he doesn't know the actual address. Does that hold water?

 

Like I said before. I don't think the account has been logged for at least 10 years before me. You think jagex might think since the account stayed in the us and he's got a Canadian up that I may have a chance? Also, is it the exact IP address or just the provider?

 

Accounts are always recoverable. Simple.

 

What if he doesn't know the original IP?

 

Need to understand that all accounts are recoverable even if the account isn't with a certain owner, information regarding the account can be said to be useful enough to place the account into certain hands.
