Recover old Runescape Account

Hi there!

I used to play runescape a lot about 10+ years ago. I had a paid membership for a while, got my 99+ cape in wood cutting, was level 79, had a robin hood hat, a gilded skirt, and a beige top with brown suspenders. I think from a quest or something? idk.

The account was under Oliv3411, and I found that it no longer exists. WHICH SUCKS because I paid a lot of money for that account, built a house, had millions of coins, and now it's all gone. I really wanted to start playing again, but I DO NOT WANT TO START FROM SCRATCH.
