    JustWater was last seen Mar 11, 2019 so he made a new account on Mar 27, 2019 dewry8
    dewry8 was last seen on Nov 20, 2019 thats when he made this new account Rech
    Dewry8 and Rech both do inferno capes.

    Dewry8 and Rech are the same person and they both do infernals yes, but the banned user doesn't. So there's no infernal link between current to the banned user.

    The audit match is also wireless, so all we have is the ban/join dates, which isn't enough to link them together.
