I am not trying to be rude to you, but you seriously, need to read all the threads again. Also, could you at least leave them in the Dispute Forum for a day before moving it to the Archives?

I am looking at... http://screensnapr.com/v/jxopdF.jpg and http://sythe.org/showpost.php?p=10516542&postcount=45. I am not denying that I did not have access to it back then, but like I said I did know that the person that I was sharing it with was using it for blackhat activites and only found out about it a little over a month ago, which is when I decided to use a different form of chat. I was using the email before and have made trades with it, but nothing ever went wrong with it and every person who traded with me ended up satisfied, which can be seen through the vouches that I recieved from them. After knowing of this, I started to use Skype to do all my trades. You can ask the people who have sucessfully traded with me about the form of contact that I used.

Definition that you provided: ""Blackhat" Activities: Using software tools for deceptive, malicious, or harmful intent."
http://screensnapr.com/v/hj0JBa.jpg - According to the above definition, it is not a blackhat activity. There was no software tools involved. The person asked for someone to spread for him, that could mean anything. You can't just assume something.
http://screensnapr.com/v/LJeuOZ.jpg - The person was stating a fact. What is wrong with that?
http://screensnapr.com/v/j8G6xS.jpg - Merely stating their opinion. I don't see what is wrong with that.
http://screensnapr.com/v/6ZxAj8.jpg - He was merely asking about it. It doesn't prove any blackhat activity was involved. Assuming should not be something used to prove someone is guilty.

I don't mean to sound rude to any of you, but I am just here trying to defend myself against something I did not do nor did have control over. It can be quite frustrating when sometimes it takes days for a response and when you get a response it is a no and it wasn't even your fault. I hope you can see where I am coming from and not hold the way I talk to you as a sign of disrespect. I have never thought of harming any the members of Sythe nor have I done so. I have traded with multiple members on this site and nothing has gone wrong.

You are still responsible for the email, if you decided to share it with somebody you are still responsible. I'll let another moderator put their opinion in though.

Also with spreading if the thread is in hacking section I'm inclined to believe it wasn't spreading peanut butter on toast. Also that's you in the op asking for somebody to spread for you...
