Explaining what happened.
The trade began, MMing 60m for paypal. As soon as RWT'r sent me the money and claimed, the seller closed the conversation and blocked us. So it was left to me, how do I send back the money. Sending back $240 would leave me wide open, if he somehow was able to claim back then i'd lose $480 (the $240 I send back and the money he claimed from me). I'm not going to fall for that shit.

I told him to hit unathorized transaction. I thought I'd be automatically able to refund the funds being held. Apparently I can't do that and apparently he couldn't close. OK, here is the tricky bit. After about 1 week they send him his money back if I don't respond. This has happened to me before, and I'm in -$450 credit on my verified paypal because of it.

My Point:
Now then. How have I scammed him if
PAYPAL ARE TEMPORARILY HOLDING HIS MONEY. NOT ME, PAYPAL!

Now then, it takes about a week for this type of thing to refund his money. I told him that in one week, if it still hadn't refunded it we would talk from there, and if it did refund his money to contact me immediately. Then he goes off and makes a scammer report.

Ask him why he made the scammer report instead of waiting the week. I want to see what he says.
