RebeccaIgnut Ban Evading/numerous scams

RebeccaIgnut's other account is AccountBeast, which got banned.

1. His msn, sythe user



2. Claiming that he is going to make another account after he gets banned.

3. He even admitted that he is accountbeast at the end of the conversation but i think this is more than enough proof so i didn't need a pic of that.

IP ban this failure, he offered 475$ for my account when it says autowin is $180...epic fail.

Don't let him make new accounts. Use a partial IP ban(first few IP numbers, because dynamic IP only changes last few numbers), which will prevent dynamic Ip users to not join, or use wildcards.
