Really Need Rs Help

How do i send "Live Support Messages" or any Form of message to Jagex Nowadays

Really need to beg them to unban a few things and to complain about some shit XD

any advice apprech

 

Yeah they should... a phone # would help alot as well.

 

Only suggestion I'd have is [email protected]. Though, they really don't want you sending messages to that E-mail unless it's an 'Emergency Parent question". I sent some ban queries to them, and they give a bit of info, but always finish off saying something about how I should not e-mail unelss it's important.

Also. They won't do anything about bans through that E-mail, they just repeat about how you should use your Appeals, even if you tell them you have none.

 

IF you want to try and unban your account theres a thread in the rs forums that you can post and let jagex reconsider or something.

 

Impossible for live contact at this point.

 

Billing support?

 

Yes, billing support query is about the closest you can come but they added that email address thing to your account so you never know.

 

I dont think you need to PM jgex to "unban few things"
My pure had 10.7 Black marks few weeks ago and when i logged in last night, it only had 0.1 black marks.

 

I think Jagex came out with an Account Review thread in the forums. The point of this being, there is actually one more chance to get your permanet banned account unbanned or your permanet muted account unmuted. The Live Support reply I think really goes to the account that posted about the Banned/Muted account.
