really dumb question, how do i hide a link in text?

ok i have a really stupid question, before u say anything, i did look for it, but how do i put a link under words like where ppl say "click here for my mm thread" and theres no link, i didnt see it in the tools when ur making a post, help ploX?

After the "=" sign - put the url there
where it says...
"TEXT HERE"- put what you want it to say here
