The currently attached email, , is my desired email to keep on the account. I have the Google 2FA enabled and is entirely secure.

I learned that my email account is still associated with the account by clicking "Log In" and clicking the Forgot Password link:

I would prefer that my email and above information remain hidden from public view.

Upon regaining access to my Sythe account, I will immediately enable the 2FA.

Hi Dave, one of the screen shots in my original thread has a link to a password reset for my Sythe account. I've since changed my password again.. but if you can remove that link from public view, would be appreciated.

What else do I need to do to obtain access to my account again?

When logging in, I'm still banned for being hacked.

I've lifted the ban on your account. You should not worry about the password reset as it can only be used once.

If you have any further issues, please let us know!
