Really annoyed at Verifiers

Say I buy guide #1 because it claims to transfer 40m-50m an hour. I then find out that it's quite a pain to actually do the transferring with this method, so I look for a different method.

I then see guide #2 claiming that it can transfer 50m an hour and that it is not guide #1. I also notice that the same person has verified BOTH guides. So, I buy this guide and find out it's the same freaking method and my money has been wasted.


How is this not a problem?

The point of my post is this: As a buyer, I could care less how many people want to sell a guide. In fact, the more people that sell the same guide, the better price I'm going to get. But, if it is decided that it is fine to sell 5+ copies of the same guide in the verified guides section, then there really needs to be some way to let the buyer know which guides are the same.
