Real world trading

If you buy RS money off a site and have it delivered to a Lvl 3 then trade it to your main account would you get your main account banned? I would really love to hear back from members w/experience.

 

Don't even worry about getting banned. I've personally traded over 1B on the same exact account, no ban. Others on the site have done much more, no ban.

 

That is fantastic to hear but a few years back i bought about 10m straight onto my main account and got banned and I really dont want that to happen. I'm talking about buying money off of a site if you don't understand what I'm saying.

 

You got banned because the site where you purchased from, probably goldfarmed on your account. Buying a certain amount of gp from a legit buyer from here is different... because the only thing they have to do is trade it to you.

 

This. There is so much of it going on, Jagex isn't going to zone in on one person.

 

nah man they traded it straight to me. Which makes me think jagex is running RWT sites. But i jsut need to know if i can trade it to a lvl 3 then my main without getting my main banned.

 

Yeah, you are totally going to be fine. There are plenty of people doing it and that includes me. Just make sure you do it in a way so people don't realize you are actually real world trading.

 

How would I do it in a way that doesn't make people realize it's RWT?

 

Go to a crowded place like Lumbridge, and just basically trade and make sure whoever is getting the mills returns something worthless in return to stay safe 100%.

 

Just do it in the GE or something. Don't go to the back of the basement of the castle in Fally and do it, lol.

One of the best methods I've heard of is hosting a "Flower game" and just taking the money from the person...

No way jagex can ban that, or prove that the chat of the person who traded you was the same as the flower color generated.

 

The reason you wouldn't want to use a main account is for the reason that you are paranoid about getting reported, like me. I fear, sometimes, especially from gold sites, that they just report you after the sale for RWT. Using a noob account all they can do is report a level 3 who will be banned after you've transfered the money.

 

Trading to multiple accounts makes it more apparent imo. There's no reason to give to level 3 then to main. Just gives more of a chance to get banned. BUT don't worry about being banned lol.
