Ready a bit early to talk

Hello. Honestly I don't care if a mod sees this and realizes I'm appealing early and skips it, but I figured I'd give it a shot because I think about this site everyday. I figured I'd try a new approach this time, and stop hiding behind a screen. My Sythe name was Tiny Net, and my IRL name is Travis. I'm 16 Years old and I live in Texas.

    The beadies name is Lily

"""Now, I'm going to post this because it was in my first pardon and I spent a lot of time typing it, and it is still very applicable.
Just going to put these first for reference.
    Scam Report: Tiny Net sniper/scammer!
    My Profile: http://www.sythe.org/members/345333-tiny_net.html
My Request for Unban: Requesting unban, I have good intentions.
RsProd's response: "You'll need to be banned for ban evading as per the rules.

What you'll need to do is contact RsSince2007 and return the account to him so that he is happy. You'll then need to request a high pardon and see how that goes.

I'd just like to add, we admire people coming forward in situations like this, and I for one would be supporting your pardon when / if you decide to make it, on the grounds that you make it with RsSince2007. "

Not exactly sure how to quote this without a sythe account ^

Hello. My Name is Tiny_Net I was banned sometime back in February for 'Name Sniping' This was completely understandable as I had admitting to sniping and attempting to resell a name. I had joined sythe.org slightly before the name I sniped was on the market but I can honestly say that I didn't receive details that the name was being transferred from sythe.org. As far as I'm concerned, name sniping rules applies to names that are in the process of transferring to the buyer, whilst this particular seller was in fact transferring the name between his own accounts, which you can see here..

To whichever sythe moderator reads this:
After becoming $50+ donator and having 60+ vouches it was a very harsh awakening to be banned. It was my fault from the beginning, I was a new member of sythe in July of 2012, and I sniped a name which was being sold. I successfully operated in the name sales section of sythe for 5-6 months WITHOUT A SINGLE scam, and after becoming extremely interested in the sythe.org website as a whole, donated $50. Later, I was banned in March of 2013. (Correct me if i'm wrong)

I realize that sniping this name was stupid and irrational, and I didn't face the repercussions until much later.
As of 5/16/2013 the RSN I sniped HAS been returned to the original owner:http://ww2.sythe.org/members/247353-rssince2007.html
Although I have no proof of this besides skype messages, I told him to PM RsProd and I think he has done so. If someone could show RsProd this post as well, that would be great. Thanks to anyone who read this, and I'm looking forward to re-joining the sythe community.
    -Tiny Net *Merchant*"""

    What's changed since then?
Well i've thought of a few things.
For one, I explained all of my accounts to RsProd. As well as those accounts, I'll admit to another account; Bolts.
Unfortunately I was banned for being 'Jank'. Dafuq. Anyways, on Bolts I donated $5, got 11 vouches and was tracked down eventually. (Although I was associated with Jank, because at one point I logged into his sythe account because he has the same password for everything, L.)

What else has changed? Welp I thought about my ban and how .. I'll say unfair for lack of a better word it was. I'm not complaining by any means, it was 'against' sythe rules, but I talked to RsProd about a certain aspect of it that puzzled him as well. At the time that I sniped 3D, it was being sold on sythe. That is undeniable. However, I never contacted the seller, and the sale was very private, (he was only PMing trusted users). Now, if there is a 'PM Archive' of some sorts, I was in no contact of the seller or anyone who knew the name was being sold. So how did I end up sniping it? Adding cool things to my friends list like a 15 year old would do. '3D' happened to be RFT at the time. Did I autoclick it? Nope. Did I have a custom script? Definitely not, had no idea those programs were evident, much less what sniping was. How did I 'snipe' this name? Clicking while on energy drinks. Seems unlikely, but this is the same story i've told everyone who was amazed at my temporary RSN. Might I mention the previous owner of 3D was a scammer in Smokin Mils so I received quite a few pats on the back for taking his name. However I have a conscience so after making a thread and realizing the person I 'took' it from was on sythe, it was returned.

    Now the Juicy part.
Roary told me I would have to re-apply in 6 months. It's been 2 and a half (roughly) I haven't changed a bit, I'm still a legitimate seller who donates and wholeheartedly enjoys the sythe community. I'm sure i'll be denied, almost positive, but on another note, possibly my ban will be reconsidered after the evidence I have provided has been read. If i'm denied, I'll be back in November. And then May, and then November, and then May... and November. I realize vading again was horribly wrong, but hey, I could've scammed, I could hide behind a proxy, I could hold back from donating; but no. I love the sythe community, I love the feeling of prestiege that comes from being legitimate, I love rare names, I love everything about sythe (especially the staff *wink wink*) So I continue to be legit, I won't change my IP, I know i'll be found and it's mildly enjoyable watching hard work go to waste. So what I ask is; bring me back. Be that rare occasion where rules are pardoned, give a legitimate seller a chance, I'll only improve the community. Thanks again, and sorry if this is a lengthy one.

You'll have to wait out the 6 months to appeal again, no exceptions.

When 6 months is over, November of this year, you can submit a high pardon here: www.sythe.org/request-pardon/

    Thanks :)
