Apparetly its against the rules to make another sythe acc, Check it i'm not 100% sure.

No, he registered that account 10-8-07, so he is saying he is going to make another account. Apparently he didn't read the rules.

 

The other account was just banned and they left this one. So they just made sure he didn't change accounts.
