Hi, i recently got unbanned from Katiebaby and then i got banned again for ban evading. This is not my fault at all, i wanted to dispute an unfair infraction, so i had to make a new account.

When you get banned, and it says to post on the dispute forum without making a new account.. You cant.
You cannot move from that page, you cannot even click the dispute forum button, it doesn't work. So i had no choice in the matter but to make a new account and appeal an unfair infraction.

This is understandable, and not my fault, if you don't want people to make new accounts maybe you should fix it so if your banned you can still post a dispute.

(READ THIS FIRST; I have rarely used this account, only once when i lost my password to katiebaby and i had nothing, i eventually got my password back using this forum. And also one thing, i honestly didn't know that you could post in the dispute forum without an account! thats the only reason i posted with this account, i didnt know. PerfectSales was the account i evaded on the first time. Its all a huge misunderstanding just read this throughly:


I didn't know i could post here without an account, so i made perfect sales.
The reason i made it was because i wanted to deal with an unfair infraction, and a lost password. So i really didn't know that i could post here without an account.

Thats the only reason why "Im evading" So i cant provide a link, since i didn't exactly evade, i just made the account to appeal an unfair infraction and i didnt realize that i could without an account.


The reason why there was posts on PerfectSales:

Because it's taking so damn long to straighten this out, and i used it when i lost my password.

I totally forgot about "LilyMarie" That was also because i didn't know i could post without an account, i never realized it until after i made perfectsales. But i also knew that i shouldn't be making another account, thats why i said i wasn't katiebaby. I wish you can understand that if i hadn't of been infracted unfairly this wouldn't have happened in the first place. Because i logged in, and it said i should go to the dispute forum, and when i clicked it, it gave me the same msg, that i was banned. So i didn't know that i had to log out and go to the dispute forum.

Im trying to be as nice as i can about this, but it partly isn't my fault, once again if i hadnt of had that unfair infraction this wouldn't have happened

Listen, when you log onto your account and you'r banned, it tells you to go to the dispute forum without making a new account, yes. But it doesn't give ENOUGH information, It doesn't tell you that you have to log out to go to the dispute forum to post anonymously; so i tried clicking the Dispute Forum button, and it didn't work, so i thought it might of been broken or something.

I used LilyMarie to try to recover a password, and to post for my unfair infraction, (Why my infraction was unfair, read the bottom). I said i wasn't katiebaby because i knew that it said do it without a new account, at least i;m being honest here, i said that their both my accounts. I'm not trying to lie.

I also used this to also appeal an unfair infraction, and at this time i didn't have the password to Katiebaby, i found my sythe signup in my email, and i had the password to it, because nobody on the dispute forum was helping because the email wasn't being sent.


The infraction:
I bumped a thread on REQUEST.

Why i shouldn't be banned:
1. Think of it this way, when you log in banned, theres not alot of information, not my fault. 2. I didn't evade to get away from a scam ban, just to appeal an UNFAIR INFRACTION. 3. If i hadn't of recieved a temp ban because of an unfair infraction i would never have had to make the account to appeal it. 4. I'm a trusted member, you shouldn't have to loose a 2 year member, who is trusted in account-selling, just because i tried to appeal an infraction that shouldn't have been there. 5. I've never been banned, nor warned about this. I didn't know how to post anonymously on the dispute forum because when i logged into the banned account and clicked "Dispute Forum" It would give me the same banned message, i didn't know i had to log out to do it, therefor i made a new account to do it! 6. I never got banned for scamming, if i was actually doing the real meaning of sythe evading, i would scam cash, make a new account, and keep scamming, which i did not. 7. I'm being honest, i didn't try to deny that the accounts LilyMarie and PerfectSales weren't mine, because it's a mistake, and i should be listened too.


Make 7 Good reasons why i should stay banned.

Haha, it's like I read the same thing seven times. Erm I don't know the specifics of the case, but I see where you are coming from. We should make the banned message more specific.

 

Tl; Dr; She got temped, made a new account to appeal and continued posting around Sythe, thus ban evading.

 

I was going to post but noticed your post was already basically what i wanted to say.

(A.K.A. I agree with this).

 

Unbanning her would be giving her special treatment from every other idiot that has ban evaded a temp ban and been permed for it. I've never liked this rule, but it is still a rule.

 

Rules state she has to stay banned, but I do not really support that dumb rule. I'd rather just banning all the accounts for an additional month of they ban evade a temp ban. You can go about trying to get that changed if you want, but I don't really much care.

 

Rules are rules. There have been numerous people who have done this very thing in the past, and have been banned for it, malicious intent or not.

That's a creative solution (the one month ban); however, given that she did this with the current set of rules, she shouldn't be granted amnesty.

There's nothing more to discuss about this, ban evasion is a permanent ban whether we like it or not.
