    Well I really did not consider a TWC rank a ban or infraction so I don't see how that rule applies to this situation. I would have disputed it straight away but I didn't see the timing fit to do so.

    You've created one of these threads before, I'm sure.

    The rule does apply to this situation, as the offense you are trying to have revoked was gicven substantially over a month ago.
