as i mentioned in OP i am not devious.... so its been way over 6 months before i made my first pardon i waited nice and followed the rules so please dont tell me i gotta wait another 6 now

That pardon was the 17th of September, therefore you jumped the gun as six months onwards is the 17th of March.
