Removal/Revamp of the DL Dicing

There's too much scamming or problems going on in here. I know you can say if you don't like it just don't dice, but it harbors a host of problems. Either a deposit in order to use the service, or a "Dice with Caution", or a minimum wait period to use said service needs to be effect.

Some part of said thread needs to be revised, such as saying, if you don't have the payment in hand then don't dice or a TWC or a ban will be in effect, or if you have outstanding debt then you cannot place another dicing bet until said debt is paid.

No support whatsoever. Dicing isn't official with the website, its just something players like to do with the dice tool that is provided. Everyone knows the risks. You already aren't allowed to dice if you don't have the funds to pay.

The owner even made a specific section for dice games, obviously there isn't a problem with it being on the site. If you don't care for dicing don't participate, but don't try to "protect" people by ruining it for the people who enjoy it.

 

If you're that scared of not getting paid out, come to a trusted dice clan where in the extremely rare chance you're scammed, you're insured.

 

I'm pretty sure that "official" is the first word of that thread title. I may have to recheck, but I'm pretty sure.

I think there is little one could do either way. A deposit would be a hassle and who would keep up with it and risk their money?

The only thing I do is not take bets from anyone for more than they've donated for.

 

Then why are players who blatantly say "I didn't have the money, but i will pay tommorow I promise" allowed to remain? Or members who don't pay, and then get banned and end up just paying it allowed to come back without a TwC. I know it's user discretion on who bets who, but it's alot of drama and alot for some of the mods to deal with on a constant basis.

That isn't allowed, report that kind of thing and it'll = a twc or whatever else. If anything your suggestion is just adding to mod hassle.

 

I've been scammed of $20 twice in there, but I guess I shouldn't have trusted them, even though they both paid out lots of previous bets, the annoying thing is when you want to say wage $20, and some guy you don't trust just calls it and rolls, you don't want to bet it, but its too late, cause if hes rolled high your pissed cause you don't want it vrs him in the first place, and if he rolls low, you may not get paid..

 

I guess you say PM me first before rolling. I can understand that can take out the problem of trusting who to dice. But then if they don't pay or say I'll pay later I don't have the money, and you wake up to them had dicing throughout the night.

 

Dont bet anything you dont want to lose. That way if you get scammed it shouldnt be that big of a deal

 

I said to Entrr yesterday, people who get reported for not paying out because they don't have the money should be suspended from dicing for a while.

 

This. I only dice in rs gold to prevent things like this from happening. If you meet them in game and they log before paying you, it's a blatant scam. If you deal with paypal, things get confusing. No support for the OP, sorry.
