Re Issue Pannel?

[Wub to craft]

Hey, I used the re issue pannel on rsbots.net before, and it worked great. Is it there anymore? I can't seem to find it, if you could link me or direct me in the direction which it is, it'd be much appreciated. Thanks,
Wub.
