His current dispute is http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=392396, and he posts proof about it.
But his dispute hasn't been replied to, I personally know him as a trusted member, as I went first for a PIN off him, and it went smooth and I had my PIN a few seconds after he recieved payment.
But yeah, he was banned with no proof, and he posts proof of any possible accusations against him. Plus the person that accused him of scamming is now banned.
