re-doing the stream miniranks

currently the twitch tv logo is for stream support, and the steam logo is for the streamers, the twitch logo needs to be changed over to streamers, while a support rank needs to be made for people who help advertise/comment or even bump streamers pages, i spoke with n4n0 about this awhile back, but we never got around to doing this.


miniranks for supporters should be given out via postcount or handed out < kept out of the hands of miniranks whores who just want the minirank, and arn't really earning it>


sure it wouldnt be that hard to tell who the active streamers are aswell.

No need for a suggestion. This will get done when I'm able to get Matt/Sythe to give mea few minutes of their time.

ALso, the steam logo is for the steam users. Not streamers.
