They're the account owner's credit cards, you can use them but they can simply call their CC company and nothing will happen to them so the only company screwed is Microsoft.

Yes, they're phished but it's not hard to secure them.. If you buy an account I can make sure its 100% yours forever.

I'm gonna offer you a challenge, if you give me your account I'll try to secure it and if you manage to recover it back then I'll give you a 1600 MSP card, free of charge.

How will you possibly get charged when your xbox acts as a proxy making it impossible for Microsoft to trace you? I've bought tons of arcade games with these accounts I just happen to have a surplus so I decided to sell them. I haven't found a story where someone was charged with fraud over Xbox Live.
