   You can see in his profile, he does torso's for vouches or whatnot.
   
   Never caught him in the act, but he comes up to me while im pking ingame to tell me.
   
   If this isnt enough proof just due to the fact his profile has vouches for him torsoing plus he says it then I dont know what is.
