raze45 recovered runescape acc

I recently checked and he has already been banned so someone else must of complained also. I bought a runescape 07 acc off him for £171 in april i have filed a dispute on paypal and wondered if he was sythe verified so more info could be gathered about him, as he is already banned im not sure if i need to show you skype chats etc, just wondering if there's anything i can do to make my claim stronger. thanks. here is the scammers link. http://www.sythe.org/members/405506-raze45.html

You need to provide some proof of the scam happening to gain access to the SVU info (I'm not sure if he was SVU though). Afterwards, you would need to PM the admin "Matthew" to get it.
