Rawrs final pardon request...

Alright, I'm just going to be down right honest from the get go... so lets get started.
Back in the day, I was banned for several accusations consisting of: 1) Framing Finn in attempt to get him banned for bribery. 2) Trying to gain evidence amongst Tyro to try and get him banned. 3) Being a corrupt moderator.

Below I will state my case on how I feel / reasons behind each accusation...

Accusation #1
Yes, this is true. I did try and frame Finn along with my fellow friend back then Brandon, who is someone I no longer associate myself with. This was right after I was banned for being a corrupt moderator and I was very heated in how my ban was dealt with. During this time, I was also a part of the "Skype cult" as Finn likes to say; people who did influence my decisions somewhat. Anyway, back to the story... So, about a day or two after my ban, Brandon comes to me with an offer - "I'm willing to help you get Finn banned, all I need is his MSN e-mail and display picture." were pretty much his exact words. Now at the time, I thought this was a brilliant idea and would prove how wrong I felt my ban was. So I did what Brandon asked, I leaked Finns e-mail and display picture; THIS WAS THE EXTENT OF MY INVOLVEMENT IN THE SITUATION. In no way did I fake any logs or post this fake evidence to try and harms Finns Sythe status. Yes, I know what I did was betrayal towards a good friend, and I should have never gotten involved in Brandon's offer, but as I stated earlier... I was very frustrated at the time, and I've said this many times before Finn, but I'd just like to say sorry for what I did to you personally. You were a good friend of mine, and I don't know what got to me. I wish you were just a little more forgiving...

Accusation #2
This is just stupid, during the time of Tyro being on staff we all know I didn't fancy him or his personality at all. Yet, I still had no involvement with the people who tried gaining evidence to getting Tyro banned. (Tmoe, Syed, 1227, etc.) The only interaction I had with this was a forwarded on some details about this to Eugene (Heavenlord) who was a Global at the time.

Accusation #3
Just going to be down right honest, I don't feel what I did was under the "corrupt" category, but I do agree and can see how I bribed someone. It was a simple miss-wording, that was taken the wrong way. My bad. I'm a runefag, and was desperate to find a rare name (Sam (Farcast) can back me up on this...) And during this time one of my friends on MSN who was currently banned and trying to get his dispute looked at had a few rare names and was willing to sell me one. But, he was taking forever to move on with the transaction. So I offered to help him get his dispute dealt with if he would speed up the process. If I recall I think my words were "If you hurry up, I'll help get you unbanned." Yes, this is completely miss-worded on my part. What I was trying to get across was that I would contact a few globals on MSN and have them deal with his dispute, and put in a good word since he was a friend at the time, to make the situation a little easier. In no way did I intend to "bribe him" or be "corrupt". And if it helps at all, we didn't even complete the transaction, we both just got banned... Yippee! -.-

So, after this excessively long pardon... I'm sorry for everything I've done, it wasn't all intentional, it was all out of stupidity on my part. I've matured a lot since my last time on Sythe and would love to have the opportunity to come back and be a part of the community, without the right to ever be on staff again.

I do not associate with any of the malicious users I once was friends with, except Syed. Syed does not influence me to act malicious in any event though, unlike Syndre and Draucia. All we do is talk on Skype and play the Xbox 360 together.

Please staff, I know to some of you who are new and don't exactly know me... but this is very heartfelt. I regret everything I did, and this is my last chance in coming back. Please look this over in the kindest way possible, as I would truly love to come back.
