    This suggestion that has been going through my head for past couple of days,
    I feel as if certain staff are pulling the whole team and other's aren't. I have been told that staff gives each other anonymous feedback in the staff lounge and I am wondering what preventing the community from leaving there own honest feedback? Well, the fact most of the community is scared to does not help much because they scared that staff member may hunt them.

    So what do I suggested,

    Well, my suggestion is quite simple,
    I would like a poll on top of all staff feedback thread that has a rating system, which can be rated from 1 star to 5 stars and the staff can't see who rate it. it such a simple suggestion that will give the whole community and staff team a more fair opinion of the work being done by staff,
    Now we move on to next issue?

    I'm a staff member and I banned 100 vaders, they are all rating me 1 star,
    to prevent this but simple post count lock of 100 or 200 on it,

    last reason why? the community opinion is less biased then co-owners workers, that is all.

    An example has been placed at the top of the thread.

    That's what staff feedback threads are for?
    Would be a popularity contest and would promote toxicity. What do we have to gain from boiling down a staff member's effectiveness to a single number? They do a lot of stuff that people don't see that would leave a bias towards those who work on more public matters.

    Do you have anything to back this up other than your own belief?

    Staff has a private rating system that allows them to rate each other out of 5 so why not let the community do the same?

    It's only logical if I am serving people of community opinion is more important? my co-workers or people serve?

    No support. Its done internally for a reason. You as a regular user have no idea how staff operates and therfore would not do well in rating staff on their performance. This is completely avoiding the fact that more toxic members of the website would use this to gang up on certain staff they didnt like.

    I would actually leave negative feedback for some staff members, but I don't do it because I don't want to end up on their bad side.

    The public eye only see the tip of the iceberg when it comes to moderation duties, therefore it would be an inaccurate representation of their involvement and performance.

    When such a system is necessary, or even being thought about it tends to imply that staff have lost some of the community's trust(with at least some members).

    This is clearly in relation to the other thread which got almost 6,000 views and basically broadcast "STAFF IS CORRUPT" to the entire website for weeks on end to thousands of users.

    I'm neutral IMO, are we at a stage where the community as a whole feels they need to be able to rate staff more in-depth in a public way as a means of "Reining them in?" so to speak? I don't know how the community feels as a whole so I cannot reach a judgement one way or the the other without first knowing the community wants more public auditing of staff.

    My personal thoughts remain precisely what they were in the above mentioned thread,

    As OP of both threads, I was thinking of this idea way before I made this thread.
    I just feel as if better system for staff feedback is needed because there are staff with 100% positive feedback and 20 pages of feedback, then there one's with 6 and 3 pages of negative feedback i feel as if a number that would show feedback would be alot better,

    but saying that I really liked ur opinion tbh

    I’m obviously new here but I’ve noticed that the average sythe user is fucking stupid and the staff team as a whole are incompetent.

    Staff already have a feedback system in place in order to hold everyone accountable. If someone isn't pulling their weight or isn't showing effort, it will be shown. Regular users are encouraged to use individual feedback threads and the overall staff feedback sticky as a means of rating or commenting on staff performance. At the end of the day, in the small chance that this would be passed, it'd ultimately result in many staff members being unfairly rated by those who aren't able to see actual staff performance. Denied.
