id say get 40 def, and 60+ mage

then cast fire bolt (maybe wave, cant remember which, but u get at lvl 58) because its the highest spell possible for non mems, and beast.

you may want to bring some snares in as well, because the ppl in f2p have no dignity (=

Personally, If your thinking about staying non member for a while. A mage pure isn't the way to go. Because after 58 you have no more spells that you can cast. I'd suggest a ranger or a melee with def. If you want to stick with your mage, use crumble of undead on skeletons in the dungeon by varrok by wildy.

but fireblast at 58 is a quite alright spell for killing people in bhunter. and i think i may try this crumble undead stuff after i get 40 def.

Yes it is, But im saying after you get like 65 mage you wont be hitting anymore. Because your best spell will be fire blast. But people with meleers and rangers will be hitting more at the lvl. Alittle confusing i know, Not the best at english language.

I got what ur saying now. you're saying that if i keep only training mage , that the limit to my damage comes early, while melee'rs keep hitting higher and higher?

allready part way there. 55 mage now , and 39 def. just started to get fishing up a little bit so i dont always have to transfer off of main for rune money

you cant be a mage tanker. Just doesn't work mate. Get 60+ range then you should go bh and pwn some n33bs.. keep your combat below 55 though. Just get range up now and at 53 combat, whatever range you are (should be around 70), you should start bhing.
