its ok, dont really like the multiple renders, and the background on her face should b blended roud the edge of her face a little more, i do like the text idea though.

i'd rate 5/10, as mj pointed out, the multiple layers are kinda distracting, try focusing on one point of interest rather than 3, or 6 if ur a perve (lol)

looks good i guess, but what gets distracting for me is the girls hair, it kinda blends in with the background and kinda just ruins it

 

its better, but i dont like the text much haha, and ther bg kind takes over her face a little to much

I really don't like this, the main problem I have with it is the way the brushing/c4d/whatever it is goes onto the woman's face, your text looks horrible, in both choice of font, and placement.

But that's just my opinion
