Rate my signature!

1. 6/10 I'm not much of a GFX designer myself but I am very good at setting opinions. Here we go. First of all the "EN" part of "ENDRIT" has a stroke glow or inner glow. I can't tell, but all the letters need to be the same. You need a good flow through out the Signature. Also the small glare need to be bigger.

2. 7/10 The only mistake I see is the background behind the "E".

The word for "glare" is Optical flare, get it right! Hehe, don't mind me, me and Endrit are friends.

Anyways OT, Your glow lines need to be bright IMO like I told you, try turning the opacity up on inner and outer glow, make sure outerglow has 100% opacity, and with the gaussian blur, maybe do it a bit more and duplicate the glow lines layers a few times to make it bright.
