I don't think i'm going to get 45 def, I want to stay rune pure.
I already have a torso, put that in the update.
Fire cape, I'm dreaming to have but I can't get it. I attempted it 3 times in 1 day. =\ why 70 pray? That'll ruin my combat, and it's not needed. Thanks for the advice though.

Well, im going to be totally honest.stat wise you suck compared to people like lvl 56 noob.

Item wise, sick dude. if you could convert that money into 99 str attack and hp, 99 mage, 99 range and 99 prayer (combat lvl 106 i think) you will be legendary.
