Rate My Pure

Ok, welcome to my thread. I would like you to rate my range/mage hybrid. Here are the stats:

The combat lvl is 46. I haven't really been pking in awhile, so I don't have any recent pics of my loot. I'm f2p and the goals for the acc are mainly just 70 range. Then I plan on pking until I have 3-4m. I will most likely keep this acc f2p.
