8/10, once you get it to 95 prayer 9/10, once you max range and get a chaotic it becomes 10/10.

Technically, it isn't. The reason it's called a Zerker is because of the defense level required to use a Berserker Helmet, which is 45. Therefore getting 46 would make you.....failed. Not sure how I can say that without being offensive...

Anyway, 8/10 for the account.

Edit: @ Poster above; It could never be a 10/10 because of the defense, for it to be perfect it would have to be 45.
