Rate My Friends Account :D

A friend of mine has recently came back to RS to find how expensive PHAT's were etc.
Rate the account, and please estimate it's worth. Both with Phat's and w/o. If he decides to sell the account, what would you all suggest? Sell the Phats first, or sell them with the account.

Also, don't just say "Nice account." All post such as these will be reported, and infracted for spam. Please provide constructive criticisim, tell what can be worked on the account, and provide a possible price the account would be worth.

I'd say $1.2k easily.

Maybe more if you sell them slowly, I don't know.

If you find a good rich end-user who wants THAT much gold w/o looking to resale then you might get $2k +

 

The stats are very uneven but the account is beast, very very best, evening out the stats i can easily see it going for 2k+, more if it has a nice name. Personally I'd sell the phats with the account.

 

6/10 Need better stats but wealth and rares go 10/10.

Nice account lol, but realy he should do something with the cash. Maybe buy all the buyable 99's like Construction, Herblore, Crafting, etc...

Lovely wealth, the stats are horrible. I'd recommend selling the phats seperate, you'd get more offers. You should also xfer/sell the GP.

 

Just to even the combat stats out I'd recommend getting perhaps 90-99 attack and 99 strength and leveling up to 85-90 defence which ever he prefers. Then move onto prayer and spend some of that money for 70-95 depending if he wants turmoil etc. I'd recommend 85+ range and the magic would be great if it was 94-99.

The account is practically 65+ excluding the runecraft/construction/dungeoneering. I personally think dungeoneering is pathetic so don't bother with it. Perhaps spend some more money on getting 75 construction or somewhere around that for gilded altar which will lessen the expenses for prayer. leveling the runecraft somewhat near 60-70 would be enough.

I also see some really good stats like 82 farming, 90 fishing, 79 mining, 78 herblore, 76 crafting. The only other worry is that around that combat level somewhat 70 summoning is extremely helpful.

With that said i still reckon that account is like 8/10

 

I would sell the phats then sell the gp separatly then sell the account (Keep about 10m on it so it's worth more) because people don't usually pay the full amount for the gp if its on the account. But you would need a fast xfer method.

 

Very wealthy, but it looks like he bought them when they where cheaper by the looks of the cash pile. Possibly between 20m - 60m (different price per color) if that's accurate. You NEVER want to sell phats on the Grand Exchange, please remember that. The street price for all three is around 3b, if not more. The stats are not worth much, but what really raises the value is the rares and cash pile. The cash itself is worth around $400, imagine the phats worth with a 1b+ street price. The reason the street price is so much is because nobody really sells them and everyone seems to want one. So, people would pay an excessive amount for a single party hat. And most users do not even care what color it is! (Some do, but the majority would just like to have one)

Also, you have to value the classic items like bunny ears. That also raises the value. If you had to ask me, try to get between $2,000 - $2,500 for such an account. Yeah - Not many people have that money but it's what it's worth. I wouldn't listen to anyone that says "That's too much" mainly because they want it and can't afford it so they are trying to get a cheaper price. Keep that in mind. Demand a certain price, stick to it and wait for offers. Knowing rares like phats are high in demand, you have to demand a high price seeing that the street price is huge.

Probably 2+ grand. Make sure he doesn't sell phats for trade price, and the stats are still pretty good. I'd say 7/10 for stats, 10/10 for items.

Well its like 1$/M + 200-250$ cash on top for each phat. So
Red - 200
White- 250
Green - 200

so 650$ + 1600$ = 2250$
Stats: Nothings to great, 50$

2000$-2300$

if he just came back to rs, why does he have some recent holiday items? just curious.

 

Mills alone are worth 1.6k + the bunny ears and stree price of rares..i'd say 2k +
