Rate my first ever project! :)

Hey guys. This is my first ever picture that I spent a decent amount of time on in Photoshop CS5. Asides from my terrible sig and avatar, this is my first ever 'project' I made. It took me about an 30 minutes to an hour to do. ( I did take half a year of graphic design my freshman year in highschool lol. )

Anyways... These are the two images I used in my picture. Everything else was done by effects and other tools.

Overall it looks pretty basic, I can see some artistic filters in there but thats it..
Like I said, it's basic but OK for your first project, tho I recommend you to watch either some tutorials or mess around a bit before you start a "Project"!

 

I like it, you should have made the realm in the back black as well, it will look nicer that way. A black and red picture.

Its good I like it but yea the yellow in the background kinda sticks out a bit like DMR said you should change the hue to match your red and black scheme you got in the foreground. Or perhaps go another route and make it all monochromatic or even gray scale with some red splatter to pull attention where you want it

 

Goodwork bro it seems abit unbalanced but keep it up and you may be a successful gfx designer here in the future

Red and black (my fav colors <3). Anyways I believe this is pretty amazing if its your first project. You can be an aspiring artist just like Kinaesthic
