Honestly, 99 fletch is nothing to get excited about. Almost anyone can do it who is willing to spend money on 300k willows or whatever it takes, and in my opinion that is an abused skill cape. And, about your other stats - good job cannoning your range and pc'ing your str. You should be a bit higher hp then that.

 

Nice acc could use a few more combat stats i'd rate it a 7/10
