frankly, cooking wont help you in any way. You should really get p2p and smith addy bolts, you hardly loose cash. 99 smithing using addy bars roughly costs about 40m, which is pretty much free for a stat like that.

If you are looking for profit, then you should try blast furnace. =]

you can still alch in f2p =p go for 99 mage would be great.

you should work on 15 str for when you go member. Then you can use barbarian fly fishing to train str =)

 

what should i alch?

 

green d hide bodies, or any metals that you can find. superheating iron ore is also good. It's faster exp and you lose less.
