6/10 tho text isn't all that good and i donb't really like the effects either oh and maybe size them down a little and make it more into a sig shape

 

i like em both i give 9/10 for firt and 9.5/ 10 for second

i have my own style lolzzz, i didnt used thos sig tuts on my first and second sig,

lol and the 3de i desgined myself, by the first and second i used a picture and used manyfilters on it

 

you just do random stuff and add to many lens flares or just duplciate the main image and putting it back again at lower opacity or another blending mode.
So to say, your sigs are half finished and need touching up.
Also, do not overuse filters.

Ill rate the 2nd one, 6/10. Too big, you could probably just crop the main area and do some a couple effects, and moving the text accordingly. It's a nice picture and has nice text IMO

 

yes my first 2 were a bit random and i only used filters on it and a stupid font, thats because i just started with it, and the second i used brushes but not many more
