Don't get membership, it will greatly destroy the beauty of this account because member skillers with those kind of stats are more common.

As for FM, it's your choice man. You've probably got a lot of dedication getting 99 Mining in F2P, so I know that you could get 99 FM with willows. Personally, I would FM Yew logs to 99, but that's just me.

Another way to know is that, if you knew anything, Hot Sub has had 99 FM willow banked for 4 months.

 

That's a nice mining level so 9/10 for that. but would be 10 if you maxed out smithing also
