Rare RSN Guidelines?? PLEASE HELP

I was just wondering... According to "How to tell if your name is rare or not" is this saying 3 character names like the following "A_B, A_1, 666, 1_1" are classified as rare? I understand names like "AQ7, ATQ" hold no value at all, but I just don't understand the last part. If someone could explain this to me I would greatly appreciate it. I could be wrong as I aren't really upto scratch in name trading but, 666 would have a value because it means something and isn't just random numbers/letters.

The same goes for 911/999, I'd stick with if it means something that the majority of people would know, it's probably worth money if not it's junk.

Probably names like XXX , Com, 666 , 696 , things like that are worth alot.
