Safety gloves mini-quest

I tried doing it using this guide:

But when I right-click the jail cell, it only says "Examine jail cell" and nothing about plaques. What did I do wrong?

 

I had this problem a while ago, and it seems that you can no longer take the exam for the lamps. Just go to the chest and you'll get the lamps, 10k, and the gloves.

 

blupig just a tip next time your going to use quest guides don't use from runehq they've kinda old system=P

runescape.wikia.com - even better. Also, I'm pretty sure the plaque is on a wall behind a cell not the actual jail cell.

All you must do now is talk to the guard about reporting and then pull back the poster to get the gloves, 10k, and the lamps still found in the regular chest.

Same with the Stronghold. They changed it to where you do not have to answer questions to get through the doors anymore.
