This is an interesting one. jeffrey2018 comes up on XXXKathieXXX 's ip audit, selling the same account (Selling 119 cb main [cheap] [99 str hp] and (Selling 119 cb main (cheap) (99 str,hp)).

The skype that jeffrey2018 posts links to a hackfroums thread selling the same account http://i.imgur.com/dc6kQa5.png.

There is an incomplete scam report on the thread with this gyazo posted Gyazo - 242cd62681ee17b1b26ed3a6ae9c85ee.png , though the user doesn't seem to care enough to post the report even with several people asking them to http://i.imgur.com/bahKBBi.png. Not sure if this is enough to warrant a ban, but perhaps a TWC.
