Rock, no offense but im sick of hearing rap everywhere i go. Too much of it. Gets stuck in my head then i get tired of listening too it over and over and i say just fuck it. There's nothing wrong with the music, just its annoying and btw i just like rock i like the sound.

 

I listen to both so I can't really decided between the two.
They both have there up's and down's.

 

both of these choices are excellent, however i started listening to music from rap and have eventually moved onto rock but i would say rap has to be a better type of music, as it makes much more sense, lyrics wise.

 

listen to either of them more than the other?

Rock is better. I used to be a full on rap fan, never cared for rock. My dad showed me metallica, led zeppelin, deep purple, all this old music which I found out to be amazing. Ever since then , I've been looking into rock and stuff, I now only listen to older rock, not the new screamo stuff. I don't really have a view on it as much as rock owns rap.
