    He threaten me by saying ''okay have fun getting doxed and swatted'' , and I asked MohtasaUnique and he said that to report this behaviour of his and he'll get banned for it.

    It's an empty threat unless he tries anything. I don't see it worth banning over, especially since I assume you probably did scam him.
